Design that sells: purposeful packaging
Did you know that, on average, a consumer takes just seven seconds to decide whether or not to pick up a product from a shelf? Just seven. The time it takes for a glance or a distracted scroll. In that tiny window, the packaging is the first impression. And we all know how much that matters.
But beyond grabbing attention, packaging needs to say something — with clarity, emotion, and intent. Design should act like a silent pitch: “Hi, this is me. Here’s what I have to offer you.”

Beyond looks, it’s about purpose
What’s the most common mistake when creating new packaging or a visual identity for a product? Designing something that’s just “pretty.” The real challenge is designing with purpose. That means understanding context, knowing your audience, diving into the essence of the brand, and anticipating consumer behavior.
We want packaging that tells a story without saying a word. That looks the part, aligned with the product and the brand, but also embodies the values behind it.
Strategic design: think before you create
At Vitamina, we ask the tough questions right from the start:
– What makes this product unique?
– What’s the story behind the brand?
– What should the consumer feel when holding this package?
That kind of clarity is what allows us to create packaging that not only stands out but connects. That informs, and moves.

Emotion sells
It’s not enough to be functional. Not enough to be attractive. The right packaging stirs emotion. It sparks memories, reflects aspirations — or simply makes someone smile.
That’s why our creative process blends:
- Research with intuition
- Branding with consumer behavior
- Strategy with emotion.
Because at the end of the day, packaging is just packaging. But great packaging? That’s the spark of a lasting relationship between brand and customer.
Unboxing as a brand experience
In online channels, the moment of unboxing is nearly as important as the product itself.
– Details like internal messages, textures, ribbons, or custom stickers turn packaging into an emotional experience.
– And that experience is highly shareable — a valuable content moment for social media and customer loyalty.
Design that tastes as good as it looks
With the project we developed for EAT FIT, rebranding was just the first step. The real transformation happened when the new identity came to life through the packaging.
We imagined it as the first visual bite. The letter “e” became a symbol of balance, surrounded by natural elements and soft lines. The color palette? Carefully chosen — greens that speak of freshness, yellows that spark energy, and neutral tones to balance it all out.
But most importantly: everything was designed to be appetizing before the first actual bite. Because a healthy meal should feed the eyes, too.

Packaging is just the beginning
Looks sell, but it’s purpose that builds loyalty. And when packaging design aligns with the soul of the brand, the result is more than visual impact, it’s added value, repeat choice, and true distinction in a competitive market.
At Vitamina, we believe the right design changes everything. And it starts right here — with packaging that becomes the stage for your brand.
